How it works
- Short suitability checkA short questionnaire, about two minutes. At this stage you can attach only a referral letter.
- Our team checks suitabilityand gets back to you. If an online consultation is suitable, we will send instructions for sharing your records. If not, we will suggest a clinic visit.
- Send your records, only after approvalMedical letters, lab results, lung function tests, the complete imaging studies and a full medication list, including inhalers. If tests are missing, we will tell you which.
- The consultationBy video or phone, in English or Hebrew.
- Written summaryWith recommendations for your treating physician.
Sending imaging
After suitability is confirmed, and before the consultation, please make sure everything has been sent, including the complete imaging studies: the image files themselves (CT, X-rays), not only the reports. You can share them through a cloud link, or send a disc by courier to the clinic.
For cloud sharing, open a personal account with an image-sharing service, upload the contents of the disc and send us a viewing link. Examples include PostDICOM, which also allows comparison between studies, and DICOM Library; any similar service can be used.
Uploading images to a cloud service is solely the patient’s responsibility, including with regard to privacy. These services are mentioned for convenience only and are not affiliated with the clinic.
Good to know
- Before the consultation, make sure you have a stable internet connection, or good phone reception, and a quiet place.
- An online consultation does not include a physical examination. When an examination or spirometry is needed, we will recommend a clinic visit.
- Online consultations are for planned evaluation and follow-up, not for urgent problems.
- Recommendations are intended for your treating physician, who continues to manage your care.
