General
This policy explains what information the PulmoHeal website collects, how it is used and protected, and the clinic’s terms of service. Using the website and submitting details through it constitutes consent to this policy.
Information you provide
When you leave details in the contact form or in the online-consultation suitability check, we collect what you provide: name, phone, email, topic and notes. For a consultation you may also send medical documents. You are not obliged to provide information, but without it we may be unable to contact you or provide a consultation.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the site may collect technical information that does not identify you personally, such as browser type, pages viewed and visit duration, using cookies and analytics tools. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Use of information
Information is used to contact you, schedule appointments, provide the medical consultation, improve the website and comply with the law. It is not used for marketing without your consent.
Sharing information
We do not sell or rent personal information. Medical information is shared only as needed for your care, for example with those performing tests or with specialists taking part in a multidisciplinary discussion, or when required by law. Technical service providers (such as website hosting and email systems) may process information on our behalf, subject to confidentiality.
Data security
We take reasonable and accepted measures to secure information, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations. However, no internet security is absolute. We recommend not sending sensitive medical information through the website form; instead, please send it in a way agreed with the clinic.
Data retention
Medical information is kept in accordance with the legal requirements for medical records. Inquiries that did not lead to care are kept for a reasonable period needed to handle them.
Your rights
You may review the information kept about you and ask to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, in accordance with the law. Requests can be sent to the email address at the bottom of the page.
Minors
The services on this website are intended for adults. Inquiries on behalf of a minor must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

Terms of service
Payment. Payment covers only the consultation given at the scheduled time. Tests, follow-up appointments and other services are not included. Payment is arranged with the Cardioheal team.
Follow-up of tests. When we recommend tests, it is the patient’s responsibility to have them done and to bring the results to the treating physician, or to book a follow-up appointment. The clinic is not responsible for proactively checking the results of tests the patient was referred to.
Nature of the consultation. The consultation, including an online consultation, is provided as written recommendations to the treating physician, who remains responsible for ongoing care. An online consultation does not include a physical examination and is intended for planned evaluation and follow-up.
Online consultation. Whether an online consultation is suitable is decided by the clinic after the team reviews the questionnaire answers and the referral letter, if attached. Other medical records should be sent only after suitability has been confirmed. The suitability check on the website is preliminary only. It is the patient’s responsibility to make sure all materials, including the complete imaging studies, have been sent before the consultation. Uploading medical materials or imaging to an external cloud service is solely the patient’s responsibility, including responsibility for privacy.
Documents sent with the suitability check. Attaching documents, such as a referral letter, to the online-consultation suitability check is optional and is done on the patient’s initiative and sole responsibility, including the choice of documents, their content and the way they are sent. By attaching a document, the patient agrees that the clinic team, including administrative and scheduling staff, may review it in order to handle the request, and waives medical confidentiality towards them for that purpose. The clinic does not undertake to review documents before the consultation and is not responsible for the privacy of the information while it is being sent or for the content the patient chose to attach. We recommend attaching only what is necessary.
Medical materials sent before the visit. Sending documents, tests or imaging before the visit does not create a treatment relationship and does not oblige the clinic to review the materials before the appointment. The materials may be reviewed only during the consultation itself. The clinic is not responsible for alerting the patient, in real time or at all, to findings, risks or a need for treatment arising from materials sent before the visit. Reviewing materials to determine suitability for an online consultation is a preliminary administrative check only and is not a medical review. For any medical question before the visit, please contact your treating physician.
